COURSE OUTLINE
By the end of this course, the successful learner will understand all the legislative requirements required for compliance to HSE risk management principles and best practice, including:
- application and enforcement of legal requirements
- employer and employee legal duties
- documentation and record-keeping (including compilation and gap analysis)
- risk assessment requirements
- implementation and review of required control measures.
