By the end of this course, the successful learner will understand all the legislative requirements required for compliance to HSE risk management principles and best practice, including:

  • application and enforcement of legal requirements
  • employer and employee legal duties
  • documentation and record-keeping (including compilation and gap analysis)
  • risk assessment requirements
  • implementation and review of required control measures.
